REVIEW THE REQUIREMENT for
pre-ipo inVesting 

The SEC requires that any individual looking to make an investment in a Pre-IPO company must be an accredited investor. For more information about this criteria, please click the link below, OR if you are already qualified and you would like to self-verify with us, go to STEP 2.

DISCLOSURES

In 2016, the U.S. Congress modified the definition of an accredited investor to include registered brokers and investment advisors. Also, if a person can demonstrate sufficient education or job experience showing his professional knowledge of unregistered securities, he too can qualify to be considered an accredited investor. 

 

For Alexander Capital Venture Management, LP to open discussions with any client, the client must meet the basic criteria of an "Accredited Investor". Though subject to additional scrutiny and verification, regulations allow us to rely on a submission by a propsective client's self-verification as an Accredited Investor.

Our simple, Self-Verification Form will provide us the ability to contact you and discuss our Pre-IPO investing platform and present to you our current opportunities.

If you are currently NOT a verified Accredited Investor client with us, we can not speak to you or respond to any requests about our Pre-IPO Investment portfolio.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not and can not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

One of our licensed, investment professionals will contact you to make an introduction, discuss your goals, review our Pre-IPO investment platform and then provide you with a list and details of our Pre-IPO investments.
